When you become a homeowner at Breakwater Village, you automatically become a member of the Home Owners Association.

Want to be a member of an HOA subcommittee?

There are several subcommittees who's members serve as volunteers and make recommendations to the HOA Board of Directors. Subcommittee members usually meet once per month and discuss various issues that affect our complex.

We invite anybody interested in the issues and topics we focus our efforts on to join one of the subcommittees.

All HOA members are invited to attend subcommittee meetings.

Benefits of Joining

There are several benefits to becoming a member of one of our subcommittees. Our members are neighbors and friends and we have a great time when we get together. Of course we also have many common interests, and we hope to help our HOA Board of Directors keep our community a great place to live.
